Meet Ron Gibori of Idea Booth

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ron Gibori.

Ron, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
We were founded out of the University of Chicago Booth program, inspired by their methodology on econometrics. As serial entrepreneurs that had launched numerous companies in the past, we were looking to combine Madison Avenue creativity with Wall Street analysis.

What we ended up with is an innovative Think Tank that specializes in helping brands stand out from the competition and forge a space of their own. At Idea Booth, we specialize in helping brands develop and orchestrate a strategic approach that allows every message, every solution, every piece of content to push the overall brand story forward. We merge audience insights with creative inputs so that the stories we craft resonate with them. We believe in building long-term brand narratives rather than suggesting a series of unrelated short-term tactics.

We strive to partner with the world’s most ambitious brands—companies that care as much about shaping culture and defining the future as we do. Our aim is to produce breakthrough work that significantly drives our clients’ business performance and defines excellence in their respective industries.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As with all entrepreneurial endeavors, you learn as you grow. We’ve certainly had ups and downs, but we’ve excelled at always keeping our eye on the prize. One of the biggest challenges always in front of us is ensuring that we are adaptable. We are happy to say that we have built a comprehensive and continually evolving service offering to help our clients thrive in a world in which digital interaction defines both their brands and their businesses.

Idea Booth – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We work with our clients on everything from business and brand strategy to content creation, omnichannel experiences, connected environments and social community development and management, in a way that leverages data to anticipate media outcomes.

We bring our clients’ brand stories to life by inspiring their audiences to share that story—and make it their own.  Our goal is to help companies build profitable, empowered customer relationships and engaging experiences.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The people. Just the other night I was at a party for a former employee who is moving out of state. As I looked around the room I realized that everyone there had been a part of Idea Booth at one time or another. Current and former employees. We have built a real sense of family.
