So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Real Estate has always been a passion of mine.

My first encounter was in 1998. I started as a Leasing Consultant, Leasing apartments for a 1900 unit building. I enjoyed working with potential renters. The passion was so strong that I decided to opened a Real Estate Company, Towns & Associates Real Estate, a boutique company that streamlines the process and believes in providing great service, dedication and results.

I worked with hundreds of buyers! however I could not obtain lending for them. I then saw a need to become a loan originator in which I did for 7 years. After the housing market crashed I wanted to return too some facets of leasing so I began marketing for many communities in the Chicago Loop and surrounding areas.

Finally, in 2014 I opened Your Luxury Apartments which is a rental division of Towns & Associates Real Estate.

At YLA, we have assist hundreds in finding their dream home.

We understand that searching for the right home can be overwhelming and stressful.

Our team of professionals take pride and commitment in assisting renters in their search for a new home. Our service is and will always be complementary service that will deliver the results

This has not been a smooth road however it has been rewarding.

Lots of long hours working sometimes 14 to 16 hours a days and 7 days a week!

Specializing in the downtown and surrounding areas. I am known for providing excellent service, my clients know they can call whenever and I always pick up the phone readily to answer any questions they may have.

Although we are a small company, I am extremely proud of the reputation I have with my clients.

I am an extremely positive individual very motivating and determined. I am easily adaptable and passionate about my work. I absolutely enjoy what I do. I also love assisting my clients.
