So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I wasn’t always in the business of digital marketing. Prior to founding SoMe Connect in 2011, I owned and operated two children’s toy stores in St. Charles and Geneva, IL. It was there that I acted as an early adopter of social media and online marketing for the franchise, eventually driving me to start my own digital media agency.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve been lucky enough to find an amazing team of leaders that have helped me grow SoMe, including co-founder Madhavi Rao. Our collaborative work environment and dedication to our clients has made new business acquisition and client retention seamless.
