Today we’d like to introduce you to Mariusz Czader.
Mariuz, please share the story with us.
Perfect installation is family owned business and although we are founded just couple years ago in 2013 we have much more experience than that. The founder, Wesley is a Polish immigrant that came to United States to provide his family a better life. He started working with windows and soon having his own truck and employees he subcontracted for many well-known companies. His both sons helped out with the business. I am the youngest son and joined the company full time in 2016 and now I am managing the business.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being an immigrant is a hard work. Wesley trying to provide for his family and not knowing English very well had many bumps in the road. The last economic crisis didn’t help either. From a 3-truck crew, he had to downsize to only one crew. Since 2016 when Mariusz joined and took over managing of the business the company started to grow once again.
Perfect Installation – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Perfect Installation specialize in installing windows and doors for residential buildings. At this point, most of the work is subcontracted to us by big companies. Our goal in upcoming years is to work more directly with homeowners to provide our excellent quality of work. What sets us apart from big window companies is that they subcontract people like us to do the job. Some customers might not be so lucky and will get installers that are not very experienced in the field and will do a poor job. We are often asked to do service jobs and correct their work. The biggest difference is that when you hire us, you know that the person that will do the quote will also do the measurement and installation. Working with big company everything is handled by a different department and this creates many miscommunications and errors. We have big discounts on windows from the same companies and we pass those discounts on our clients. Basically, working with us is like cutting out the middle man. In many cases customers save up to 50%.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Every time we correct after other installers and the customer is super happy and wished we were the ones that installed their windows in the first place make us confident that we provide top notch service.
