Meet Trailblazer Natalie Noble

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Noble.

Since 2011, Natalie has been a Marketing and Branding Expert. Upon graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, she expanded her skills in radio broadcasting, journalism, photography, public relations, new millennial marketing, business management, and adverting by becoming a marketing guru for aspiring entrepreneurs and small businesses. She focuses on educating her community and her following with real-life tips on how to maintain and build a profitable business from a corporate and entrepreneurial aspect.

After experiencing corporate glass ceiling discrimination, she made it her mission to start her women empowerment organization Bizness Babe Army to create a strong group of women who are corporate workers that believe that women can and will do the same job as men despite their biological and physical differences.

While realizing her worth and her potential, in 2017 she started her digital media LLC, NR Media Agency, as a full-time entrepreneur, where she is designing and executing brand collateral for her small business clients. She diligently and strategically works with clients who are wanting to start a business or develop on-target content for their brand.

As a serial entrepreneur with three start-up companies under her belt, Natalie is now aiming her life’s mission to empowering and encouraging female entrepreneurs through speaking engagements, hosting business networking events, curating empowering blogs and creating engaging episodes for her podcast available on iTunes and Soundcloud entitled CEO CHATS.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road what so ever. Entrepreneurship and maintaining a social sustainability message has been the hardest decision ever. As a female entrepreneur who is under the age of 30, it is very important for me to let my audience know the truth behind starting a business. There will be sleepless nights trying to find out your next move or figuring out how to scale your business. There will even be a mental breakdown of you not feeling successful or worthy to even manage this business. But entrepreneurship is all about mental strength to continue on despite the downfalls and to learn from your mistakes and become wiser as you maturely grow with business ownership. My advice to any woman or young women who are wanting to start their own journey is to find your purpose in life. Dig deep within yourself and know what you want to do with your life’s legacy. What message and mission do you want to leave behind? And what business could you start that would solve an issue in the world and ultimately become profitable enough for you to succeed at it. Lastly, build enough self-confidence that even the worse day seems like the best day. There will be a lot of disappointments before the blessings and once you make it passed those hardships, your blessings will overflow.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Natalie Rochelle of NR Media and Bizness Babe Army Blog and Podcast – what should we know?
I am a branding consultant and media influencer. I educate and assist my audience with branding tips and business tips to succeed as an entrepreneur. I create content that informs an aspiring or starting entrepreneur on what they have to do to remain focused and driven in their business. I also over services for brand collateral. I am a graphic designer and web developer. I offer packages for startup business owners to have their logo, business cards, website, and other items cohesive and aesthetically appealing. As a brand consultant, I also manage social media platforms for my clients and grow their brands by designing and creating a social media marketing and content plan that encourages engagement and interaction with their followers. When most people hear of me its mainly the branding girl or the media girl as I have blogs and podcast episodes that really helped them on a personal or professional level. I am proud to be that beacon of light in such a dark industry for women. Women are continuously discriminated against or place in situations where we have to prove that we can do the exact same thing a man can do in the business industry.

When I noticed that issue as an entrepreneur, I knew the message had to be delivered through everything I do. This is why with my media agency and my women empowerment platform I highlight the ability of female entrepreneurship. A business or brand without a social sustainability message is just a business with money as the motive. I strive to educate, change people ideas of what women can do in business and entrepreneurship, and also provide an example for little girls or young women who did think this could be possible. With working with brands who feel the same way as I do, and choose to work with me to provide the same platform, I have created a great atmosphere and strong business model for myself that other pay attention to.

Which women have inspired you in your life?
The women who have inspired me in my life is my mother. She has been such a she-woman. The first empowering entrepreneur and feminist I met was my mother. She was a truck driver by day and income property owner by night. She rocked navy Dickies cargo pants and work boots all while living to perm and curl her hair! She is truly my first role model and pilot to the Bizness Babe Army.

Another woman who inspires me is Eartha Kit. She has a great interview she did where a male as her whether or not she would compromise for a man. She simply stated “compromise for what?” This was such a power statement because as women we compromise, sacrifice, and lower our standards so much for a society and culture that was ultimately designed by a male’s idea of how a wife or woman should be to a man. As a young woman who often struggles with that, I found her response to be the most inspiring and self-loving affirmation statement that I needed. As a woman, first, love yourself and then be unapologetic to make that standpoint in life to be that woman you truly want to be in life.
