“This is a program that no one offers in this region of the country.” – Eric Fullilove
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
His basketball coach in high school told him that he would never make it in life without basketball. While daunting as it may have sounded at the time, through the grace of God he quit the team and raised his GPA and made the honor roll 3 semesters in a row. He wanted to major in Engineering in college and his counselors told him he would never make it because he wasn’t excellent in math and science. Later he went to The Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), one of the top Engineering schools in the country and far exceeded expectations and earned an Electrical Engineering degree. This level of perseverance allowed him to become a successful entrepreneur.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
As a Real Estate Consultant, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed General Contractor and Property Manager, Eric uses a multi-dimensional approach to business. He is now able to represent clients through his real estate brokerage, remodel/rehab properties for investors or home owners through his General Contracting business and in some cases, manage the properties for investors.
Today as an Author of a real estate book selling on amazon.com “The Real Estate Investment Bible for Urban Communities” which is most controversial, comprehensive book ever written on Real Estate Investing. The most brutally honest, no-nonsense, non-traditional, grass roots approach to making a ton of money in Real Estate Investing when traditional methods don’t work. Eric includes jaw dropping stories and valuable tips and lessons from 20 years of being in the business that no Guru would dare tell.
Along with running his businesses, he is now teaching others the truth about Real Estate Investing. With the creation of his newest multi-million dollar Real Estate Investment Program, he created a service to offer a very unique approach to Real Estate Investing where a client can hire his company to find properties with a high ROI, evaluate them, remodel them as necessary and manage the properties or resale the properties all in house. This business model acts as an ultimate feeder system into all of his business and will ultimately allow him to retire at the age of 55.
What were you like growing up?
I was normal Southside middle class kid who went to private catholic schools. I was raised the right way and stayed out of trouble. I was heavy into basketball and just hanging out with my friends. I was generally quiet but certainly a leader amongst my peers. I always had a drive to be the best at whatever I was doing because I hated and still do hate losing.
