Would you please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
We started in 2015. We weren’t 100% sure how to run a business or how everything was going to play out, but we knew that we could recruit faster and better than the companies in the marketplace. Despite being naive, we hit the ground running. We promised to clients that we would be their best recruiting partner from the beginning and haven’t looked back.
Since 2015, we have stuck to our foundation and as we continue to grow, hiring new Business Development Reps, and new Recruiters, we bring on individuals that want to be part of something bigger. The people that join New Roots Solutions want the opportunity to flourish. Everyone’s opinions are heard, and everyone is viewed as a partner. We feel that with a mindset like that, it carries over to fulfilling promises and obligations for clients.
Has it been a smooth road?
I’m not sure there is anyone out there that has started a new company that views it as an easy road. In fact, it may be the hardest thing we have done in our lives.
The first and obvious struggle is finding the first few clients to trust you. It’s hard to explain what sets you apart from the competition when you have nothing to back it up.
We have gone all-in for New Roots Solutions. The pressure associated with that can be a constant struggle, but we have extremely high faith in our team and our ability that despite minor speed bumps, we are confident that we are going to continue to grow and succeed.

We are a Recruiting/Consulting firm in the medical space. We partner with medical device companies and private practices throughout North America.
We are known for finding the correct candidate within 48-72 hours. Our biggest objection when identifying new clients is that they simply don’t believe that. Many firms take weeks to identify 2,3,4 candidates. We do it in two-three days. We have countless stories of companies turning to us because their “great recruiting relationship” hasn’t produced any candidates in a month. We fill the role within days.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
It would be hard to say no since we have had strong success here. We started here because we lived here, but also, if you are building out a team, there are a lot of young & hungry people that you can hire.
