Meet Ryan Ciran of SchaumburgSEO

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan Ciran.

Ryan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Initially, I started out down a very different path working in the service industry for nearly thirteen years. After being involved in a car accident that later led to complicated back surgery, I knew I needed to pave a new path for myself. I could no longer perform my job successfully with the injuries I had endured. Choosing a new career path and starting your own business is never an easy decision. However, after doing some soul searching and taking the time to work on myself and what I wanted out of life, I set a goal to start my own company. It is my natural desire to help others, make them happy and help make lives easier. This desire is what led me to Search Engine Optimization (SEO). I was lucky enough to be able to join an exclusive master mind group created by some of the most power SEO gurus around, While struggling to push through long and painful days at my previous job, I would rush home to learn everything I could about SEO. I stayed awake until all hours of the night reading, studying, listening to webinars, building connections and applying what I was learning. I instantly knew that this was the path for me, I couldn’t get enough of it and loved knowing that I would be helping other businesses grow and become more successful. In the Spring of 2016, I officially launched SchaumburgSEO and quit the job that was playing a toll on my body. I landed my first client within my second week of business and as the saying goes, “the rest is history.”

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Being your own boss is a great sense of accomplishment on the down side, no one ever taught me how to be my own boss, I sacrificed many evenings and weekends studying, learning and working to grow my business. When you own your own business, there are no “working hours.” I don’t take sick days, holidays or request time off. I have to put in 100% effort, 100% of the time, it is difficult and sometimes even heartbreaking to cancel plans with friends and family so that you can work on becoming a successful business owner. I had to make financial sacrifices in order to help SchaumburgSEO grow, I have a deep love for music and enjoy playing and collecting guitars.

During the early stages of SchaumburgSEO I had to sell several of the guitars that I collected in order to fund the growth of my business. In addition to the social and financial sacrifices, I also had to push past everyone that said “no” or didn’t believe in me. I quickly realized that everyone had an opinion about SEO and starting my own business. I often had to remind myself to stay strong, keeping working and to continue to believe in myself if I wanted to be successful. I keep a quote on the wall of my office that says, “If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan but never change the goal.” The goal has always been to make SchaumburgSEO a success but the road hasn’t always been smooth.

SchaumburgSEO – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
SchaumburgSEO specializes in the Holy Grail of digital marketing by organically ranking a company’s website in order to reach page one of Google. Organic listings receive 90% of the clicks on Google while paid ads receive 10% of the clicks. Less than 10% of searchers advance to page two, which is why organic traffic is the only way to go,

Search Engine Optimization has become a necessary part of success for every business. For people to find you online, you need to use SEO. People today rely on search engines to find the businesses, products, and services that they need. Whether they know your business or not, they are likely to use a search engine to find what they are looking for. If you do not appear on the first page of search engine results, you are less likely to get their attention.

SchaumburgSEO uses a personalized and proven strategy to help dominate the competition.

Unlike other SEO companies, SchaumburgSEO offers a free SEO analysis and citation scan.

Personalized SEO packages are created to fit the needs and desires of each company. By being a one man team, I cut out the middle man and form personalized relationships with each client.

Every bit of SEO growth companies make from SchaumburgSEO is completed by me, making sure each customer is satisfied with the results.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I firmly believe in setting goals to measure success. I routinely set goals for my business as well as my personal life. I write, rewrite, review and work towards my goals every day.

One goal I am currently working toward is opening up another SEO agency called “Infinite Rhino Digital Media”. We are currently in the development stages but this will allow me to target a much greater area and in turn, will enable me to provide my services to a much larger audience. Once a goal is achieved, I make a new one. Growth never ends. I always want to strive to be the best version of myself that I can be and to provide my clients with the best and most efficient services possible.
