Today we’d like to introduce you to Paul Dworianyn.
Paul, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I initially was interested in computers back in the mid 90’s when I taught myself how to build computers and create websites. Seeing my father create his own business and leave his day job inspired me to start a website business while I still worked my current job. As I grew my business, I became focused on the idea of working from anywhere in the world. I desired to escape the harsh Chicago winters I was familiar with and the internet made that possible. I realized I wanted the snow bird lifestyle much sooner than retirement age.
As I attended networking events to find new clients, many of them had presentations about how to grow as an entrepreneur. I soon realized that I owned a job within my business and I needed to expand by hiring other people to run my business. During this growth, the rise of Amazon in the e-commerce space was an attractive alternative for my website clients to consider, with much less hassle and could generate income for them right away. After successfully launching my own products on Amazon and helping my clients do the same, I decided to advertise Amazon Consulting as a service we could offer and created a page on our website.
Due to our expertise with ranking websites on Google, and the lack of professional Amazon consulting firms that existed at that time, our website started to rank worldwide for key terms related to Amazon Consulting and Management.
This launched my company Awesome Dynamic into hyper-drive as we were obtaining people from all over the globe looking for Amazon Consulting and were contacting me through my website. At this time, I moved to Florida to begin enjoying the weather, while still building my company.
Awesome Dynamic continues to grow at a very fast pace and has doubled in size every year for the last three years. During this growth we sold the website division and added many large and recognizable multi-million dollar brands to our client list while still serving small businesses looking to get started on Amazon.
This growth allowed me to hire outstanding employees that are now running the day to day operations of my business. The insights I learned from the networking groups years before this taught me how to delegate and elevate myself in my business, so that I could own a business that I worked on rather than working in my business.
I now am focused on scaling my business with a 10X mindset, ensuring my business has a profound impact on our clients as we help them succeed in the ever increasingly competitive Amazon world, while growing a company culture where my employees love their jobs.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Growing from a one person business to a much larger company is no easy task. There are many growing pains that entrepreneurs face and many don’t overcome.
The dream of financial freedom and not working for anyone else is what drives most entrepreneurs to get started with their business. The transformation from working in the day to day operations to letting go of every part of what makes your business run, is incredibly difficult to do.
There were many failed attempts at delegating and elevating myself within my business. However, failing forward or learning from those failures and making adjustments for the next attempt are the key to becoming an entrepreneur that owns a self managing business.

I define success as making a positive impact on the world around me. I see this through the high marks we receive from our employee and client satisfaction surveys, and the revenue growth that we’ve helped our clients attain. Also, by helping other entrepreneurs go through the same journey I went through, which then impacts the people they work with and employ as they grow as well.
