Meet Mina Setork of DynaCom Management in Naperville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mina Setork.

Mina has been in her course of career, a philanthropic, educator, scientist, leader, and a manager. She started with being an educator for 4 years after her graduation from college, moving on to AT&A Bell labs as a scientist and Portfolio manager and finally running her business with her husband (Ali Setork) at DynaCom Management, owner and developer of DynaCom Office and Medical buildings in Naperville and Western suburbs.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
As an entrepreneur, you are always taking a lot of risks along the way and since I started from scratch, the financial part as well as balancing work and family was always a huge struggle.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about DynaCom Management – what should we know?
We are extremely client-focused. We design and develop professional office buildings as well as Medical office buildings. We designed and built most of our buildings and know what our clients are looking for so we make sure to incorporate their needs into our design. We also care about our community and try to help tremendously.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
No business is successful without support of its staff. My husband – Ali Setork is my partner and co-founder whom of course has had a big impact on the success of the company.

My Operations Manager – Mari Rodriguez has been with us for 13 years and has a big part in our success.
