Meet Marci Siebzener of Marci’s Bootcamp and Fitness Training

Today we’d like to introduce you to Marci Siebzener.

Marci, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I have always had a love of fitness and exercise. My business grew out of a desire to live and inspire my passion for health and fitness to others. I started my business in 2007 as a home-based business after becoming a certified personal trainer. I wanted to train women in a smaller environment with lots of personal attention.

My specialty is effective fat burning, total body conditioning workouts for women of all ages. I currently train women from 16 to 65. I believe women at any age or fitness level can transform their minds and bodies, get in amazing shape, and be strong throughout their lives.

It all starts with a desire to change. As a mother of 5 kids myself, I understand the challenges of being a busy mom and also the challenges that each pregnancy brings (gaining weight and then having to lose it) and the time constraints that women have.

I am certified: Personal Trainer, Master Boot Camp trainer, Tabata trainer, Bosu and H.I.I.T trainer, Core/strength specialist, Insanity Trainer, Jillian Michaels Body Shred, Barre Above and member of IDEA health and fitness.

I spend countless hours researching, practicing and studying the top techniques in the fitness industry and from there I have developed my specific training method to make every minute count and maximize results. I know how precious time is with women”s hectic schedules.

When women decide and commit to my training program they see amazing results. I am truly so grateful that I have a business that I can meet incredible women and help them feel, look and live their best lives.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Balancing family and work life is never easy. The fitness industry is constantly evolving and in order to stay at the top and bring my clients the absolute best I need to spend a lot of time working and attending classes and certifications.

I also have a schedule that caters to women’s super busy schedules and not easy to get in their workout time. This can vary the schedule from early am to afternoon to late nights. I love what I do but can sometimes be a struggle to remind myself of the importance of off time and to try and focus on my family without distractions.

Please tell us about Marci’s Bootcamp and fitness training.
I train women only I offer private and small group training as well I teach the group, boot-camp classes, 5 days a week as well. my workouts always combine cardio, strength and interval training and are total and complete full body workouts. I offer health, diet, lifestyle and nutrition tips to my clients.

I specialize in fat burning, body transforming workouts for women. I am known for my “challenging” but motivating workouts that bring results. I push to challenge and change. I know there”s always a little more in us and we are always stronger then we think.

I am most proud of helping women to live better lives and look and feel their best at any age or fitness level. I love helping them reach their goals whether it be for weight loss, strength, toning or-or staying in amazing shape throughout life.

I am so lucky I have a career that inspires others to health and fitness and they can then pass it on to people in their lives.I am also inspired by the women I meet every day who do and accomplish so much. I learn ways to be my best from them too. We can all learn from each other.

The small group and women only private setting that challenges motivate, and brings you optimum results. Easy workouts? No, but the results and the accomplished feeling women get it is like nothing else and always worth the time, effort and hard work they put in.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
fitness trends come and go so it is so important that I stay true to what I believe and know is the absolute best way to train my clients for the best results and not just what “in” today! Other than that I have really have enjoyed and am still enjoying the journey and not sure if I would have done anything else differently.
