Art & Life with Remo Daut

Today we’d like to introduce you to Remo Daut.

Remo, please kick things off for us by telling us about yourself and your journey so far.
I was born in Bulgaria in the early ’80s. Growing up in Eastern European country in this period of time was a truly incredible life experience. I am really grateful for the unique perspective I’ve been given.

Since I remember myself, I always had this urge to express myself. First, I started to paint, then to write stories with illustrations… and in the end, ended up with going to music school, playing instruments. I love playing music and singing songs, that was my first true love. The problem I had with music was that goes really well with alcohol and parties, I did that for a while but eventually got exhausted and had to find other ways to express myself.

I’ve always loved good photographs, who doesn’t right! About a ten years ago, I got my first DSLR, the Nikon D90 and I really fell in love with photography.

Can you give our readers some background on your art?
My art is my voice, mastering my photography skills and my personal character are the main goals in my life. I believe with hard work everything is possible. I’m really passionate about learning new stuff every day. My hope is one day to start helping and teaching others passionate souls like myself. I really love the people who inspire me and I would much like to become one of them.

About my photography, I love to photograph almost anything! I’ve been into different genres over the years, like portrait photography, family and wedding photography. At this moment, I’m most passionate about cityscape and landscape photography. Working with people is always rewarding. But in the end, I needed space to be myself.

In your view, what is the biggest issue artists have to deal with?
Time and money.
