Chicago’s fashion bloggers are breaking the internet on the reg. From Milan to NY to LA – few cities come close the talent Chicago boasts on the fashion interwebs. Below you’ll find some of the editorial team’s favorite Chicago based fashion, style, beauty and lifestyle bloggers.
Rachel combines timeless glamour and her hourglass-accentuating form with her love of old Chicago through Chicago Chic. She loves feminine silhouettes as vintage styles used to highlight and her wardrobe is endlessly influenced by the Golden Age. This is why she wears a corset almost daily, and has nearly every garment in her wardrobe either custom made for her or altered to fit her cinched waist! Rachel lives out her passion for embracing vintage fashion among a generation of easy comfort and media trends. She lives and breathes the beauty of these past eras, and together she and her husband strive to make their surroundings a complete lifestyle of vintage nostalgia. Rachel highlights brands and boutiques that reflect this glamour of yesteryear. Her editorial-style posts reveal her love of life in the windy city, with vintage gems & historic landmarks often sprinkled throughout her backdrops.
Anna is a Director for a large corporation in the Chicagoland area with a passion for associate engagement and leadership development. When she’s not attending meetings with executives, or entertaining clients, she daydreams of all things fashion and style. She is a graduate of Indiana University and is grounded heavily in her Indiana roots, but her heart burns bright for the city of Chicago. For her, “it’s a magical place – full of sparkle and energy, culture, architecture, food, music, style and amazing people. I hope A Lily Love Affair is a place you can come to be inspired not only by fashion and trends, but other aspects of life as well – home, family, and travel.”
